A girl named Bai Lan met Xin Hong in Cat' Eyes Cafe. Bai Lan was Xing Hong's teammate and friend back in his days in Qing Long of Zeng Dao Hui. After the debacle at Episode 10, Xing Hong found out that Bai Lan was reassigned to the Byakko, Zheng Dao Hui's intelligence unit. Bai Lan is on assignment to penetrate a rival criminal organisation targeting Hayakawa, the leader of the organization.
